MIL-STD-810 Certification of a Ruggedized Avionics System
Ten Tech LLC was contracted by a large avionics systems manufacturer to perform structural and thermal analysis to certify one of its rugged avionics enclosures to MIL-STD-810 specifications. Ten Tech LLC provided support from conceptual design to first article test planning, including:

• Detailed Finite Elements Modeling, from CAD model (Unigraphics)
• Random, shock and sine vibration response Finite Elements Analysis
• Board-level solder joint fatigue
• Detailed fluid/thermal analysis: component junction and card edge temperatures
